So whats this guy actually like, seems like he could be another physical presence along with Keane, something that's been lacking. Do we have any knowledge of him, first hand or otherwise?
Our front 3 could be Pilkington, Keane, Quaner on Saturday
PIlkington was certainly good a few years ago Keane, I don't think he's ever had a decent run at any club he's been at Quaner was last effective in a team that won promotion from the Championship
My mates lad (age 12) spotted Quaner leaving The Salthouse whilst dockside on the way to first home game of the season.
Wonder if this is a deal that's been on the cards for a while?

My mates lad: Dad! Dad! It's Quaner over there!!!!!!!
My mate: Who?
MML: You know, plays up front for Huddersfield!!!

Reminds me a little of when we were trying to sign Jon Dadi Bodvarsson.. A Powerful forward who could play out wide & through the middle and was physical specimen with power and pace.
That short video also reminded me slightly of Tyrone Mings when he was running with the ball, by that I mean a monstrous power house who could drive past (and through) people knocking them out of the way.
I'd be quite interested to see him play for us as he looks like he's get you off your feet with his direct running
Imagine the player your mates lad saw was Kayden Jackson.
I imagine that you're quite incorrect.
My mates lad is a bit of a football player nerd and can spot one from a mile off. I guess it's an age thing.
Anyhoo, Jackson would have been at the ground.

It's what we've been missing, a bit of physicality to give the opposition something to think about, let's hope he's more Shefki and less Lee "the plank" Chapman.
No idea when I began here, was a very long time ago. Previously known as Spirit_of_81. Love cheese, hate the colour of it, this is why it requires some blue in it.
