It's true that age messes drinking up. These days if I know I have a big night coming, I've have get in drinking training for a few nights before to build tolerance. |
I can honestly say my hangovers at college we're harder to deal with than now at my age on the occasions I do drink. Probably due to hardest part for me was getting. Up with the splitting headache rather than trying to sleep it off.
Since having a son who gets you up regardless of how I feel it has better adapted me for hangovers. | | | |

The beer isn't the issue, it's the disturbed and restless sleep that gets me.
I still do it mind, hard to beat an evening down the pub when its not too crowded.
