There's actually not in Ipswich. There's a small amount of homeless, and they have been contacted. Those who do not engage, do not want to engage. Yes, there will be a few people off the map but these people aren't looking for another night shelter.

IHAG publish their figures and have just heard that they have been very thorough with making contact with the homeless population in town. You are only talking about 50 or so individuals off the top of my head. It is less than 100.
