Do you know anyone who would classify as a super fan?
I work with a guy who I think would qualify: Seen us play at 88 league grounds and many others including grounds on pre season tours. barely missed a game home and away for at least 20 years. Even goes away to all the under's games, most Saturdays when we are at home he takes in an unders game at Playford road before FPR in the pm. On Sundays goes and watches the Ladies. God knows how much he has spent on all of this and he drives himself and his brother to all the games! I think im a pretty good supporter but he is something else! Anyone know anyone who can outdo that?

I consider myself a pretty dedicated supporter. been going 30+ years home and away. Only the mid week away games are a problem. never counted, but probably 70ish grounds visited. I don't think you will find anybody to beat your friend from work. He is truly A SuperFan.

...one of the biggest "look at me" threads in history.
Callis says you can't be a fan without a ST regardless of how many away games you go to. He also blocked me for correcting him too many times, it was a great compliment.

There can only be a few that can outdo that. I probably watch 40+ ITFC games a season across all levels - but there are plenty of people who do that just with the first team rather than take the low hanging fruit of U18 and U23 games which are easy!

as a young un, it was always Kempy and Sladey you'd hear about and see at away games. Legends.
True words. They'd get on the no.8 bus on the way to town/pub/game. Got to know them a fair bit from when I was a late teen and drunk with them for half a season or so before I disappeared down the 'playing on a Saturday myself' and shift work route. I'm not sure they ever knew my name. They just called me 'Lanky streak of piss'.

Have we actually played at 88 league grounds?
I thought the same Frans but didn't want to rock the boat, but seeing as you have..... I'm guessing he must have been including a few sides who are no longer in the league,Darlington,Chester,Hartlepool etc. Good effort nonetheless!

The 92 club is something that needs to be reviewed every year now if you are intending to complete it. Prior to 1986, barring expulsion or failing to be re-elected, you had the same 92 clubs all the time.
I'm pretty sure, in the late 70s or early 80s, I read in the magazine that used to be in the middle of the match day programme (name anyone?), that someone had done the 130 club, including the 38 pro clubs North of the Border. Even that it isn't straight forward now given the recent introduction of play-offs from the Highland/Lowland Leagues.

I reckon he is counting Upton Park as West Ham rather than the London Stadium or whatever they call where they are now, etc. (i.e. he has seen us at 88 of the 91 sides in the league). I would imagine there are 4 that we have never played away. I am surprised there are not more than 4 but I suppose we might have played them in friendlies or cups.
