McGinn's dive 18:10 - Jan 26 with 1926 views | LegendofthePhoenix | Just watched it several times from SSN, utter disgrace, he threw himself to the floor and should have got a yellow card. We were robbed by a sh1te referee. [Post edited 26 Jan 2019 18:10]

McGinn's dive on 18:13 - Jan 26 with 1881 views | itfcjoe | The ref is looking straight at it from 5 yards away, how does he give that.

Lambert must be seething. All the effort and positvity he has generated, and we get stiffed by an incompetent official.

McGinn's dive on 18:36 - Jan 26 with 1729 views | Herbivore | One of the poorest decisions I've seen in a long while. That's 4 penalties conceded in our last 5 games and not one of them is close to being stone wall. These things DON'T even themselves out over the course of a season.

McGinn's dive on 19:50 - Jan 26 with 1564 views | Fixed_It | Can Dean Smith please explain how Alan Judge grabbed the diving tw@t round the neck with (at most) the back of his arm? It is a physiological impossibilty...

I agree it was a poor decision but it was also very naive and poor defending to let the guy get in that position - sorry but blaming the ref for yet another loss is not helpful

There is no way that is naive defending, that is crap refereeing at its best. No way is that a foul, surely no way the Villa cheat thought he would get a pan for that? Unbelievable. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Complete nonsense. It was cheating, pure and simple. It’s no surprise though, players have absolutely nothing to lose by diving and the FA seem completely indifferent to it. The Vardy one the other week was the perfect example, no contact, he literally tried to initiate contact and failed, wasn’t even booked. Had the ref fallen for it, it could well have been the moment that decided the game, the dice are loaded in favour of the cheats.
