Millwall vs Rotherham - home win? Draw wouldn't be too bad if there's a chance of dragging more teams into it, but in all likelihood we just want to claw our way above those 3 immediately on top of us.

Reading vs Villa - The Brummies owe us after their Stroud-assisted win last week. Very worried this one goes against us and the plastic lot at the Madjeski get a win.

Blunts vs Bolton - it's like picking which disease you want isn't it? But has to be a destruction via Didsy and co you'd hope.

As for us. It's not going to be easy is it? Our only hope is that new players, new manager all come together at once like it can and Wednesday stall today. Especially if conditions are rough and we can get the crowd up for it.

Milwall win, horrible team to play against, any team that I think can match them at the Den for physicality is Rotherham though so would not be surprised by a Draw there at all.

Villa fairly comfortable, sure they will see it is as a chance to get back to back wins and get back on the path of positivity.

Sheff U - could be a heavy score line. 3 or 4

Sheff W - 2-0 comfortable win for them.

We just need to look after ourselves and forget the others. It's February, we've only won 3 times all season...and just 3 home wins in the last 12 months.

There's definite room for improvement...

Today is a week where we have a good shot at closing the gap though. When you're this far adrift you have to worry about the others because if they fluke a result, it adds even more weight upon us.

I wonder how many teams at the bottom are wondering if we will fluke a result?

Probably 3 or 4 I'd say.

I am sure that you are right.
I would think supporters of Bolton,Reading, Rotherham and probably Wigan are all saying "we don't want Ipswich going on a winning run".
At least one of those clubs(including us) will have some sort of revival in form-please let it be us.

Don't think we should worry too much about anyone else. We need to be showing some sign of life ourselves to give us a fighting chance of avoiding the drop. Although there has been improvement under PL, I'm still not convinced we are capable of getting the results we need. The other results will take care of themselves, however much we are wanting sides to win, draw or lose.

We really could do with the 3 directly above us picking up no or very few points indeed for the rest of the season. That still requires us picking up at least 7 ourselves and that might be as much of an issue.
