No. It is perfectly acceptable to demand that Evans spends even more of his own money than he already does. And call him nasty names if he doesn't

How much of an owners own money must be invested for you to consider that he should not be called nasty names?

Getting relegated will cost Evans £5-6m more in running costs on 00:36 - Feb 11 with 2562 views | HARRY10 | No, that is silly. We will not keep the same budget if we are relegated, with Evans making up the £7m loss of TV money. We will simply scale back our budget to that of other L1 clubs.

Why don't you get a pro managers licence before commenting here then by that logic? This is literally the most moronic response to supporters criticising the owner. Come on then, tell us in detail why you think Marcus Evans has been a success here or are you just another tool?

Poor Marcus, it's our fault he bought the club. Can you please let us know why you think he's done so well as owner? Do you believe his spending plan has been adequate? If so why are we not able to compete? Why do you attack supporters?

No choice but to scale back. League 1 has a rule that says wages cannot be any more than 60% of turnover. Now apparently our wage bill has been around 16 to 18 million recently at or above 100% of turnover. Using those figures means new wage budget on current turnover would be around 9 to 10 million, now take off the lost 5 million to revenue and you are looking at a wage budget of about 7 to 8 million mext season supposing all other revenues in stay the same. So interesting questions around season ticket prices, tying up wage budget on experienced older players Chambers Skuse Bart, Judge Jonas, mean any players on 20k a week is 1 million of your budget in 1 go. Can't afford many of them. We could boost turnover by selling Bart or Dozz or anyone someone makes a bid for.

Getting relegated will cost Evans £5-6m more in running costs on 13:36 - Feb 11 with 2180 views | Whymarkmariner | Apparently the average wage for League One is £2000 a week. So I would imagine that if as has been hinted by ME that contracts contain clauses so that wages would presumably fall roughly in line with those of other clubs then some players are going to take quite a hit.

That will be fantastic if true. Ok, players will still want to move if they get an offer to stay in the Championship on more money. But to not HAVE to sell players simply because they're no longer affordable will put us in a much stronger position than we would be without such clauses.

It was on one of the recent Kings of Anglia podcasts, the other plus is that any player under 21 and that comes through your academy their wages do not count against any FFP rules.
