Is up there with one of our worst players ever from what I have seen so far

Did yo go yesterday?

Please note: prior to hitting the post button, I've double checked for anything that could be construed as "Anti Semitic" and to the best of my knowledge it isn't. Anything deemed to be of a Xenophobic nature is therefore purely accidental or down to your own misconstruing.

Skill-wise, perhaps. But he is quite good at sort of bundling into defenders in dangerous positions, with the ball then bouncing into the path of one of our onrushing midfielders who scuff a shot 8 yards wide.

Clearly you didn't watch the game yesterday, hassled and harried, won the ball back numerous times. Held it up OK.

No - I went to Villa

I actually think he's going to be a very good player for league 1

We have potentially a very strong lineup for beginning of August.

Just needs a few additions and we'll do quite well I think

Waka waka eh eh

He's not even close to the worst striker in our squad, let alone anything else.

I've seen quite a few posts saying the same. He obviously doesn't look very good to the untrained eye on the TV

Clearly I did.

Maybe having strikers whose number one quality is "hassling and harrying" is why we score very few goals.

He won practically nothing in the air, gave the ball away multiple times and looked ineffective - my opinion obviously

He doesn't look that likely to actually score very many goals though, does he?

My thoughts exactly. I know the service at the moment is extremely poor, but he just doesn't look like he'll ever be a threat to me

I think Will Keane will be great in League 1.

My main concern is his wages at £20k a week. His contract is up at the end of this year. Its not like he is banging goals in for fun, so i would think Hull wont trigger the years option.

I would take Keane is he would take a massive pay cut to come and play League 1 football

None of our squad look good enough to be anything better than mid table in L1 next season. I cannot see where the goals will come from, we just look toothless.

He can't possibly be on £20k a week... Surely?

I've liked what I've seen of him at times, but that is mad, if it's true.

Yes, this bundling into defenders gave away multiple unnecessary free kicks

Depends how much Evans will support lambert in keeping our youngsters

To have the likes of Lankester, Downes, Woolfenden and i'll say Bishop coz he's still young, etc in our squad, that's some lovely potential for the future.

I was told Will Keane , James Collins and Collin Quaner are all on around £20k a week.
with us paying most to all of it.

So really its around £1.5m punt in keeping us up...

Hull signed him from Man United when they were in the Premier League, £20k per week would probably be reasonable. He'll be one of the wealthiest 26 year-old strikers with 6 career league goals out there I'd expect.
