Street View... at night, what's the point? 16:46 - Feb 13 with 493 views

I use Street View quite a bit in my job, to talk some people into addresses they've not been to before... I discovered that the Street View for King William Street in the City of London was taken after dark... who the feck thought that a good idea?

Yeah, I've noticed that as I use it a fair amount for work and many of the streets in my area are now in night mode.

My first thought is that it shows they don't have a proper approval process for new uploads, as surely anyone with half a brain would have said no to it going live.
