Pennington gets caught under the ball, then Bart makes a delayed charge off his line (looked like he, reasonably, thought Pennington was going to deal with it) which panics Knudsen.
The latter will naturally get most of the blame but the former two, particularly Bart, are the guilty culprits. |  |

I agree. Thought Pennington and Knudsen were holding their own against Vokes whose a physical and aerial threat. You can't leave Bart out of that one for responsibility, Pennington rightly shielding the ball for Knudsen to deal with and then the Dane heads the ball to where he thinks Bart is going to be. It was. We had Bart rushing out and Pennington gesticulating for Jonas to play the ball back. But that’s the problem with a new CB partnership and two relatively inexperienced CBs at that.
All in all a bit unlucky and typical of the situation we find ourselves in. It was literally the worst place for a ball to appear between the players and expect them to work it out. Because other than that they all did well. |  |
