It is dreadful play acting but the goalkeeper really shouldnt make a movment with his elbow towards the outfield player, its clear he deviates from raising his arm to push the player with elbow before continuing to put his arm up.
Its so soft I would have turned a blind eye but when the linesman flags to say he see it the ref has to give it really. |  | | |

Not sure why you got so many downies for this. People cant have watched the video properly because thats exactly what he does.
Arms go up, then brings the left arm down to elbow the striker, then up they go again.
