The worrying thing for me is that FIFA found breaches in 29 cases! Twenty nine!!!!
Talk about institutional 'flip the bird cos we are more important' failure.
Football is in a right state. It's a joke.
We need a regulator with a set of steel hanging items not this powder-puff fine.
A couple of ideas;
Exclude them from the Champions league and/or all European cup competitions.
Put them on a forensic compliance regime. Each piece of work must be signed-off by FIFA before it is approved.
Make them drive battered cars like Leeds used to do.
Ban stupid headphones and issue them with cheap ones.
No silly haircuts - a #4 buzzcut.
