Crosse Keys on Gracechurch Street.

Former HQ of HSBC, now a 'Spoons. Well worth a visit.

No chance.

The area is festooned with bellends.

Walk to The Crosse Keys - it's a Moon's pub so a lot of the braying suits don't bother it

Crosse Keys best in the area by far, and the cheapest option too.

The Counting House.

Also an old bank and being a Fullers it has decent beer.

Not that near Bank but The Banker. Right on the Thames under Canon St Station, Fullers pub and is normally not too busy.

That's the one about a minute away, isn't it? Or am I thinking of another spoons? Either way there's another one just a few tipsy steps away. But it does get rammed.

I'm boycotting spoons for Tim Miller reasons.

Yay! Another thread derailed by Brexit.

That's a nice pub but they have turned loads of it into a type of table service restaurant area (or at least they had the last time I went in there).

Cock and Woolpack is one of my favourites and very close to Bank.
The Golden Fleece is another good one.

Banker is very good when the weather is good (like today!)

I tend to avoid the 'spoons in London... they get very busy!
