He acquired Charlton for the highly desired asset of land in London. He's now stating that the club can be gone for free but a proposed buyer must pay market rat for the land.
He's an absolute fruit loop, openly admitted Charlton takes up 2% of his business time. Obviously had no idea what buying a football club entailed in terms of consistent attention. |  |
