Positive stuff 19:42 - Mar 2 with 1064 viewsDubtractor

Obviously this season has been an absolute sh1tshow from start to finish, but what positives have we had?

I've got 2.

Bishop returning to fitness and form.

The pitch is in much better condition this year.

OK, so number 2 is grasping a little.

I was born underwater, I dried out in the sun. I started humping volcanoes baby, when I was too young.

Yeah Bishop a major plus.

I think him & Nolan could be a decent partnership with Skuse in with them next season.

Evans out

The biggest positive is yet to come (but is fast approaching at this rate).... when we are finally put out of our misery.

We were today to be honest, I don't think anybody can possibly still think we have a chance after today.

We basically need to win ten out of the last eleven having won just five out of our last 36(?). It'd be a football miracle which'd defeat Leicester winning the Premier League to be honest.

I'll add to your positives Dubtractor and say that under PL at least we create a few chances, not sure we ever looked that threatening with PH at the helm.

A few half-chances.

A few half-chances more than we created under Hurst and Mick, granted.

Flynn Downes looks like a very good player. I've been impressed most times I've seen him play.

Interesting though:

Under Hurst - 12 goals in 15 games (0.8 goals per match)
Under Lambert - 16 goals in 21 games (0.76 goals per match)

Our goalscoring record was actually marginally better under Hurst. Admittedly I think we create more under Lambert, especially of late.
