How did Bowza the dog do? 19:54 - Mar 2 with 863 viewsMelford

Was all set to go today but a work rota ***k up meant I was called into work instead. Watched it on my laptop in the kitchen and can't be ar$ed to discuss the game. The same old usual.

He howled on command, so did everything that was asked of him.

Looked a bit lost when he walked over the half-way line.

Would have slotted into the midfield quite nicely.

He was great, however I'm not sure his owner was told about the dress code- a green fleece with yellow writing? When asked about a score prediction, I thought he was going to say Millwall 0-3 Norwich!!!

I am not a doggy person but was impressed that as the teams lined up he/she immediately went on to"the back two" and was as good as gold.

Obviously the Hadleigh upbringing had a lot to do with it.

Trying to think about something funny to say about "the back two" so will walk away with my tail between my legs while I am ahead.

There was a moment where his owner played the harmonica in order to encourage Bowza to sing into Rob Shepherd’s microphone. We were treated to a faint harmonica and a howling dog for a few seconds. As a metaphor for where Ipswich Town Football Club currently sits in Brexit Britain, it was sublime.
