In other news, our average crowd this season is 17,820. Not bad given the dross served up since day one (although there have been ticket promotions aplenty)

I've lived a lot of my life away from Suffolk and I think people don't realise how wide spread and strong our fanbase is. Our Bristol branch, for example, regularly calls on impressive numbers.

I genuinely believe that if they drop prices enough they’d get more ST holders next season than we got this campaign.
It won’t happen & the club shouldn’t lower them to that level but it’s certainly possible given the current good will. |  |

I think we've only had two 13000 crowds this season though, and actually 13000 as well, not the 7500-odd we got against Hull and Cardiff last season. |  |

Agree. We've had a load of promos. Lots of people on Saturday weren't Town fans. Overheard one lad saying 'great, we won!' when he saw the TV in the concourse. 'We' being Man United.
Depends what the pricing is like next year. I suspect a lot of our recent spike in attendance will fade away if we start poorly or tickets are priced normally.
General sentiment seems to be that we'll be amongst the more competitive teams in league one. I see no evidence for that. |  |
