Still haven't watched new Partridge... I'm... concerned. Probably be like the Simpsons film where I don't see it for years.
Theroux doc very good - excellent twist in the middle. Not that it's fiction, of course, but very good narrative device that reveals the extreme complexity of things.
Not seen anything on Gervais' new one? Didn't really find Derek all that funny the only one I saw, mainly more for what I saw as him trying to portray someone with learning disabilities. Seemed a bit of a playground characterisation.
And still to see the Jacko one.

Partridge is a huge let down. Once you've seen the excellent I'm Alan Partridge where he was able to move around and make it far more interesting the stay in one place format gets shown up IMO.
It needs to dramatically improve or i'd score it 2/5 and think I was being generous. |  |

Ah yeah, but dictated by the man I meant. Thought it was just a biography, not his actual words.
It must be out of print or summat? Just seen the publisher is long out of business, so maybe a case for putting it into PDF or Kindle version, with Mr Henderson's permission of course (if he's still about) so others could read without paying extortionate prices. Not cool when nice things become collector's items and the man on the street can't access.
Might trundle down to obtain haggis as well. Really bummed out about white pudding and haslet; have black pudding tho, natch. These places all do probably stock but have to order online from their warehouses. All foreign muck round here- pizzas, curries, you name it...
