This sort of thing combined with them basically becoming Boris' mouthpiece has really moved them towards becoming full blown gutter press.

The Telegraph ceased to be part of the quality press years ago, it's now a vehicle for the personal prejudices of the Barclay Brothers and some advertising from authoritarian regimes to fund it.
