Anyone at a non league game? 14:56 - Mar 23 with 2042 viewsjontysnut

Brighouse Town v Morpeth in NPL Div 1 East. £8 handpulled ale for £3 and home made pies. I can hardly bear to leave the clubhouse.

Gorleston 2 Histon 4 in thurlow nunn prem.
The Greens gave them a good game but Histon look like worthy champions.
Lively crowd and friendly bar. I love non league football.

Do you think Histon can get back up as far as the Conference....?

It's easy to fall that distance it's not so easy to get promoted all that way back up.

I was at Norwich United 2-0 Walsham-Le-Willows, also in the thurlow nunn premier. Showcasing my hardman status by putting some blue action stickers around the city/ground.

Poll: An interesting day for our politicians, but which one is worse?

No chance. They were massively bankrolled in those days in an entirely unsustainable way. Step 3 seems a real stretch for them but they are certainly rebuilding well at the moment.

I'm at a yoofs game, Tottenham v Southampton, U18s. There should be around 25,000 in the ground. (It's the first test event of the new Lane and it is flippin' magnificent).

I was at AFC Sudbury v Witham Town. 3-1 win for Sudbury. Neil Harris was there too, no idea if he was looking at anyone in particular but Sudbury’s two full backs looked useful and both 16 years old.

Seen a video online, i'm not a fan of the newer 'arenas' but Tottenham is looking incredible!

It isn't really an arena, 4 joined-up stands, incl a massive single-tier stand at the Park Lane end. The beer from the stadium's own microbrewery was fine, bar queues ok too (only a test event so....). It's the best of the new grounds. For now.
