Brexit a way forward ? 00:35 - Mar 28 with 1270 views | Chocorange | So far the politicians cannot agree on anything , except to disagree with whatever amendment is put forward . So why don't they get all the possible outcomes( May deal, customs union, no deal, referendum etc ) together , all the MPs get one vote and the one with least votes is Eliminated. Then they do it all again , all the MP's vote again and eliminate another until finally we have whatever is the last one standing.. Seems the most democratic way to me, although someone with an agenda that their own personal choice will be beaten will no doubt find a reason to maintain the status quo and vote everything down. The whole process is currently being derailed into a leadership contest for the Tories or a plan to get a general election by Labour , get Brexit sorted one way or another ! Kids in a playground make more sense than the rabble in Parliament!

Brexit a way forward ? on 01:08 - Mar 28 with 1246 views | SpruceMoose | We could just put all those options to the electorate to be honest. The more options there are, the more likely we are to remain.

"Imagine being a heterosexual white male in Britain at this moment. How bad is that. Everything you say is racist, everything you say is homophobic. The Woke community have really f****d this country." | Poll: | Selectamod |

Brexit a way forward ? on 06:41 - Mar 28 with 1182 views | Darth_Koont | What we've established so far is that: 1. No deal is worse than a bad deal. 2. All deals are bad deals. 3. The only other "solution" is to do nothing and remain

Brexit a way forward ? on 06:45 - Mar 28 with 1169 views | footers | We could put it on prime time ITV, hosted by 'national treasures' Ant and Dec. Each option has its own talking head sob story. "My grandmother died recently and strongly believed in the Norway-plus model. I'm doing this for her." Would be better than the X Factor.

Agreed, just consign the sorry mess to the dustbin of history.

Brexit a way forward ? on 07:24 - Mar 28 with 1103 views | christiand | Didn't think this would bother me, but the longer Brexit has dragged on the more you realise our MPs have behaved disgracefully and in a shameful manner throughout this whole process. Just appears it's them that can't see it? The double standards....... wow! Not a fan of Theresa May's, however if I was her I'd just resign now, let them get on with it. Doing a job for their constituency or even more questionable what's best for the country? They really aren't, just making the country an absolute laughing stock across the globe. The EU must look forward with great interest to see the latest developments each day and having a giggle at the shambles from the House of Commons, it really is an embarrassing watch. Can we not get rid of all MPs? They appear as useful as a chocolate fireguard regarding most issues!

Or at least park it in the lay-by of common sense, so the Brexiteers can get out the road atlas and come up with a cogent way forward. We don't have to go back on the original referendum or take Brexit off the agenda necessarily but we need a detailed proposal with costs and benefits. If they'd spent a quarter of the time they've spent manoeuvering the electorate on actually thinking about the solution, then maybe they wouldn't be butchering their own chances so badly.

Brexit a way forward ? on 07:42 - Mar 28 with 1060 views | ElephantintheRoom | As the sitcking point is the Good Friday agreement which effectively makes Brexit impossible, then the simple solution is to officially recognise a united island of Ireland - which the Good Friday agreement created in all but name anyway. The a few Tory extremists will be free to take the UK out of the EU and wave bye bye to Northern Ireland. Blinkered zealots like Reece-Smug would be prepared to ditch Scotland too to realise their extremist ambitiions. Both solutions would be very good gor SE England, which is all they care about.... and for Northern Ireland and Scotland. Job done.

Most of the extreme Brexit MPs are from Devon/Somerset so how about annexing that part of the UK? They can keep their ghastly caravan parks and shallow tin mines while we make Great Britain great again. Durdle Door is not the 'must-visit' attraction they make it out to be and certainly no reason to bow to their extremist views.

They'd just get upset when passing AA men didn't salute them.

Aren't they aware Durdle Door is a Muslim shrine?
