A document without knowing the contents? Or would someone care to explain?

This is a way of signing something with blue ink instead of black ink. A sneaky plan from Maybot!

Even me as a peasant can see this is akin to signing a verbal contract with a pen in triplicate

There is also this aspect to take note of:

Given this is exactly what most Brexiters did with the Irish backstop it doesn't take a lot to predict how the next phase will go if this passes today.

Very helpful, thanks!

I'd pick out this from it (tho I've no idea what the "code of the Woosters is!)

Of course this is right. The May withdrawal agreement is worse than EU membership in critical respects. It permits the EU to legislate over the UK in a circumstance in which the UK has no say whatsoever on those laws. It permits an expansionist European Court of Justice to maintain its undeserved status as the UK’s most senior court. It leaves us in this state of permanent vassalage until the EU (and only the EU) decides to release us. It puts us in a position so demeaning that we will be unable to negotiate a trade deal that properly reflects the weight that our market size & significance to EU trade in goods and services entitles us to. It effectively prohibits any non EU trade deals.

Remaining would be better.

Even if it is ratified, a deal this bad will soon be repudiated by a successor UK government and it describes the total level of institutionalised madness of the EU (& the domestic remainer establishments) that they believe some sort of “code of the Woosters” will prevent the inevitably acrimonious rupture that will follow……"

But we have to respect the result of the referendum, both major parties made this commitment in their manifesto.

Looks like they both lied to us, as presumably May did when she said no deal was better than a bad deal. Like Boris and Mogga did when the insisted under no circumstances could they support May's deal.
