So much depends on whether Evans forks out for a proper goalscorer who won't go to pieces as soon as sees the goal. If he does and PL keeps the right players (signing Judge is a brilliant move) then we shouldn't need to go overboard on reinforcements in order to challenge for promotion. Barring major injuries, which after the last two or three seasons is a big question mark.
