Though I'd suggest the new album by wh lung is going to be up there too.
I'm listening to it DC Fontaines at the moment. It's competent-to-good Jam-with-a-Dublin-accent indie music. It's my favourite 'sounds like The Jam' album of 2019 after the new one by Skinny Lister.

The new Rahsaan Patterson album drops in May. If the rest of the songs are as good as this one then it’s going to be a contender. Very Pricnce influenced by the sounds of things.
Marvin Gaye’s lost album “You’re the Man” is the best so far, although as it was recorded in 1972 may not count as new.
