You could do that yes, but it would be unnecessary. Only goals/sending offs should be considered. I know VAR is new and has had some teething problems but if it eliminates offside goals I only see it as a good thing. I think we'll have to agree to differ for now.

Interesting that from the angle behind it clearly hit his arm then his hip. But seemed as if the ref never got that view in the VAR but was being asked to decide whether it hit his arm.

One thing it definitely should not be used for is to award a goal originally flagged for offside as in the Liverpool game.

Like it or not VAR got both crucial decisions right there. It might take the spontaneity out of celebrating the goal, but the important thing is getting the decisions right on the pitch. If anything it added to the drama.
