This article explains:
1) the Obama/Holder misuse of Internal Revenue Service data (Mueller was FBI director at the time!).
2) the misuse of the National Security Agency MAINWAY database enquiry system.
3) Access to the NSA was shut off in April 2016 and that same month Hillary Clinton hired Fusion-GPS to do research and put together the fake dossier. Coincidence? No.
The FBI tried to get a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court warrant to intercept communications. This was refused at least twice. The FBI then introduced the fake Fusion-GPS arranged Steele Dossier as evidence to the court and got their warrant on 21/10/2016. The warrant was extended January, April and June 2017. Just let that sink in; the FBI / Special Counsel Mueller were spying on the President.
A FISA warrant was important because it authorises all future and past surveillance. Thus cloaking the historic wrongdoing. It allows "2 hops" i.e. surveillance on everyone in contact with the subject and then all those in contact with those contacts. In Washington that is a lot of people.
Note the bullet points at the end of the post. Unredact, declassify and let the sun shine in on everything. You can't argue with that.

There's a leap of logic in there. It starts by setting up a scenario of large numbers of non-compliant contractor searches on NSA systems, then makes an assumption without evidence that these were related to Trump and his campaign. It finally tries to justify that by alluding to a large number of classified documents which the authors would like the reader to believe contain the proof they want.
The period of the massed searches - 2015-16, but referring back to 2012 - also covers a period of intensive intelligence community activity in response to the rise of Islamic State and various domestic terrorist threats and actions within the USA (and therefore under the purview of the FBI) related to that. Why would the Obama administration be wasting time and resources chasing Trump long before he even emerged as a realistic candidate for the Presidency (February 2016 at the earliest)?

I'm interesting in hearing your reasoning for why the "media" would have an agenda to say things that aren't true about the POTUS.

The specific allegations would be good. "The Russia Stuff" covers a lot, much of which even Trump himself doesn't contest.
The press haven't made allegations about Trump and porn stars, the porn stars have made allegations and the press has reported it along with the evidence connected. As have other women who have talked about Trump's predatory advances.
Sexist - see above and his own recorded words about how to treat women.
His comments about Mexicans and Muslims are racist. He also has a business history of treating his black tenants very poorly and differently from white tenants.
