After many years I'm taking the plunge again for a ST (in hope)
A couple of my mates are over in Area5 50ish area but it has been a bit moany over there whenever I buy a match day ticket.
I'm thinking of a single seat over 120ish side (left side of the goal) but would like to know from others what it's like over there.
I'm a saddo and will be on my own as the mate that promoted my interest has said nah.. last minute. |  |

This is bang on where I am, row W. Decent atmosphere, generally very supportive. Close enough to section 6/blue action for the songs to quickly travel across. A few vocal clusters and some good humour.
Just don't go for a row in the front third of the stand, or you'll get wet when it rains and fried when it's sunny. |  |

Yes, it's pretty decent around there, I'm a few rows in front in the 120s. There is one massive bellend a few rows back (further than where you must be) who gets very annoying at times but he normally gets told to shut up. |  |

The best I can find without being bang in the middle of the aisles (bladder issues, I'm old) is Row L. Next best is J which as you say is the potential wet seat (not due to the bladder) | |

I'm in that vicinity too... as others have said, a good view, decent atmosphere and good humour.
One or two bellends, but as Steve says, they are ignored and then told to shut up. |  |

There's a little pocket near me who occasionally rub people up the wrong way by shouting/chanting daft things, there was a bit of to-and-fro on Monday as it happens.
You'll get the odd clown wherever you go, but so long as you're not right next to one it's bearable. | |

We were row H (one lower) until we moved back, and we got wet / fried, and the view isn't as good as further back. | |
