Got nothing again Jackson per se, but £1.6m was ridiculous when you consider the players we've failed to sign in recent years over fine margins.

In 1992 Alan Shearer joined Blackburn for a British record £3.6m on 15:26 - Apr 24 with 644 views | StokieBlue | He was magnificent then as well. He had pace as well as everything else which went with his injuries. Was the total striker, would have been worth insane amounts nowadays. Le Tissier sitting in the current Man City midfield where they have the ball all the time would have been something to behold as well. Southampton had some good players. SB

No I agree, I have not get anything against Jackson on personal level at all. It's just on a professional level the paid transfer fee does not match up to his true valuation in my opinion. I also look at successful business we have done in the past, Waghorn, Garner, McGoldrick, Murphy, Mings and wonder who was really vetting the transfer dealings throughout the summer.
