I don't know, I gave up trying to work people out ages ago.
There probably is a quick win here for ME. The numbers are close to be meaningless financially (for just another 200+ he was prepared to apply the discount). He could do this if he wanted as it'll probably be a drop in the ocean on the accounts.
Not that I'm saying he should (or even that I care!). His target was clear, people should live with it. But there's a good will win there if he needs it. | |
