When I bought a house a few years back the scum bags had just dumped all of their sh1t either in the loft or at the bottom of the garden which they'd even gone to the trouble of fencing off! The scummy cow was moving to a caravan as she couldn't afford the mortgage anymore but when I rang the estates agents to complain they said she'd gone to Dubai for a month & wasn't contactable until she got home.
