Yep. Milk chocolate hobnob. Doesn't need to be fridged, but must be stored in a cool place so the chocolate remains firm.

Tim tam is a good shout, bit misses out as not readily available and in my (in no way scientific) classification would be considered s chocolate bar rather than a biscuit.
