I suspect it comes down to resources in terms of parity.
The academy system in mens football costs c.£2m per club to run, and even they have difficulty in being viable.
I dont think womens football needs more pro clubs to have girls football at 8 and 9, they probably need more school and local clubs teams. Womens football should be able to stand on its own two feet, and I think it will if its given the chance to grow organically. It doesnt need to be subsidised by the mens game. |

Not sure in what way it was cheeky mind, thought both sides played really well throughout and a pretty good goal scored. Glad it didn't go to pens like last year.
We drew in the 'group' stage 0-0 with them
Very good record against them in the league, beat them 8-0 and 5-0, and 3-1 in the league cup (the only goal we conceded in the cup) Really rate Stonham though very dangerous in attack. We have a strong defence, only conceded 8 or 9 goals all season and dropped just 4 points.
