The same old celebrities swanning about thinking they’re professional footballers, Piers Morgan his usual pompous self and the smug Suzanna Reid on the touchline, makes for cringe viewing. Well I can't be doing with all that cynicism, and am really enjoying it - as are hundreds of thousands of other people apparently, both at Stamford Bridge - which is sold out - and live on TV. Featuring Bolt (who's just scored) v Mo Farah (who's previously made a couple of last ditch fantastic saves); Didier Drogbah v. John Terry etc. And it's all got people donating towards clean water, medication etc for kids world-wide - over £800K I believe atm, & the UK Govt. will then match the final sum raised. |  |
