Ha ha!

Genius.

Actually from an economic and environmental point of view it is a very good policy, but probably won't go down well with pinko, PC libtards.

I don’t believe I have looked at “my fave Guido” more than once or twice in the last couple of years. He went very stale when the posh bloke (forgot his name) who got most of his scoops left to join the mainstream media.

Cool story though bro.

Sorry to break this to you but...death is inevitable...

Seriously (actually that was a bit serious, wasn't it?), when you have pushed and pushed to keep a parent alive only to realise that you have just prolonged their suffering and that the NHS, wonderful as it usually is, does not do dignity in extreme old age that well in some places then you appreciate appeals for dignity and respect. I am not advocating euthanasia but the intention to achieve what quality of life we can in our final years, even if that is at the expense of longevity, is a worthy one.

Having seen both parents die in NHS hospital beds in the last couple of years, I am a strong advocate for a better system than the current palative care system.

After seeing my dad die in hospital, my mum was given six months to live. She correctly declined cancer treatment so that she could enjoy the last months of her life.
Her only wish was for a dignified death. Several months prior to her death she was promised a bed in a local hospice by a charity in her 'final phase'. Alas, once we realised she would not be returning home when her health declined, the Hospice had no beds available and couldn't review her case because it was a weekend.

She died in the very same bed my dad died in the year before.

Indeed from the point of conception in the womb the process of death has commenced, the rest is just a matter of time

Think it'd have to be a blanket thing to euthanise everyone over, say, 75 or 80. A hefty cull initially but then a steady stream as people have their 75th or 80th birthday.

I'm sorry if this is a sensitive question, no need to answer of course, but I have always wondered what actually happens if you decline treatment.

Having seen many family members become unrecognisable through chemo etc, it's certainly something I'd consider.

But, medical bods and others, what happens if you choose not to go through with cancer treatments?

I'm 75 next birthday, I'm sure my family would have something to say if you wanted me topped.
Have you thought this through?

Maybe stop people having too many children?

We already have abortion and eugenicists in places like Iceland doing that though
