By stopping crosses, getting tighter to wingers, not letting men run off us, tracking runners, having a better shape without the ball, not over playing at the back, better communication and decision making.

Is it? Pennington's loan ended but then we have Woolfenden back from loan ourselves so we're pretty much as we were in terms of numbers.
We need to be bold. I'd go Dylan Crowe at right-back (never seen him play), Woolfenden and Ndaba at Centre-half, with Skuse in the Busquets role ready to drop right in and make it a 3, and, well, Kenlock at left-back.
