It's rather typical of us that as soon as all midweek games in the Championship are on the red button, that we have a mare of a season and then leave the division altogether.

I enjoyed that briefly for the away games I couldn't get too, even if we were woeful in some.

Yep as I’m working in Manchester from Monday to Thursday, it really hasn’t worked out quite as well as I’d hoped!

	It's 106 miles to Portman Road, we've got a full tank of gas, half a round of Port Salut, it's dark... and we're wearing blue tinted sunglasses.

When you look at last season its a myth when pundits talk about the championship as;

"Saturday, Tuesday, Saturday, Tuesday.....etc"

Suspect the same goes for L1.

Although we lose two Saturdays for the earlier rounds.

The upside is that we mainly play Saturday at 3pm at the weekends.
