One loan, maybe two, is fine. Our immediate mission is to get out of this division (upwards!) at the first time of asking. If loan players can help us do that, all well and good.
What Lambert has correctly identified is that when you are constantly relying on half a team of loanees, it's not healthy for the club going forward.
He and Evans have two missions at the moment:
1 Get promoted back straight away
2 Start building a squad that can compete in the Championship now | |

Never seen Nydam play in that position tbh. Feel sorry for him as there are so many midfield options at the club right now it's hard to see him getting a look in across that part of the team | |
