I need you, the public, to help me out of my curry ordering impasse. Specifically the naan...

Peshwari or Keema?

This is a once-in-a-lunchtime decision so I would like to see everybody taking taking this very seriously.

As context, I'll be enjoying it with a murgh masala and a lamb pasanda.

How is this even a question?

Peshwari, obviously.

Chilli or garlic, obviously. Peshwari naan is practically a cake. Meat baked into bread is wrong.

Plain naan is good middle ground, a control point amongst the stronger flavours but with a noticeable hint of its own. Otherwise, peshwari despite the fact you’ve already got a somewhat sweet aspect with the pasanda.

Why do people insist on ruining their meal with dirty great naan?

Chapatis [almost] every time.

Usually sickly sweet at most 'Indians'.

Too doughy and filling.

Mind you, the man has ordered a pasanda so where there was already little hope...

I'll have you know that the pasanda is a noble, refined dish.

What else are you doing to dip your chips into?

If I could go to the my local Indian and get just chips, naan and butter tikka sauce I would.

Oh and you know better than to think I have the slightest shame admitting this

I'd go Keema, the Peshwari is basically a dessert

Always a Chapati, I get filled up too much by naan. Although the correct answer for a naan would be garlic
