The Derelict London account on social media is fascinating:

A couple of oddities in the captions as Shepherd's Bisy Walkabout has been demolised and to describe Yorek Road tube station as being in a derelict industrial area is a little odd as it's five minute sup the road from the Guardian and opposite the new Kings Cross development.

If it's the same guy, also does the lost rivers series, his website is great.

He does walks a few times a year but they sell out in hours, I just missed the most recent ones despite being on the mailing list.

Edit: looked at the link, it is the same guy, Paul Talling. https://www.derelictlondon.com/

No idea when I began here, was a very long time ago. Previously known as Spirit_of_81. Love cheese, hate the colour of it, this is why it requires some blue in it.

Did some cost planning a few years ago to turn Segas House into a primary school complete with playground on the roof. Think in the end it was just an exercise in proving it was just too expensive. Place is riddled with asbestos.
