That Netflix question again... 20:52 - Jul 17 with 982 views | wkj | With Stranger Things 3 (for me) out and Orange is the new black (for Jessica) coming out, we've bought our annual HD month on the platform. What should we gorge ourselves on for the next 30 before we get depressed realising we're watching crime shows and documentaries for the sake of it again.

How is the cooking progressing? Don't listen to footers is a key rule. SB

Very good, made a wonderful fish pie the other day, nothing that fancy, but used seabass, smoked haddock, and trout. It was very nice. Infact I have completely replaced redmeat in my diet with fish, except for the odd bolognaise for ease of Jess being on the overnight shift with Mrs Coppinger [Post edited 17 Jul 2019 20:59]

Good work, sounds like you've really gotten into it. Everything in moderation though, for instance, certain fish like salmon and tuna didn't really be eaten more than a few times a week. What's the next step? Side dishes? SB

Curry lentils is one I'm doing quite often and quite like, but during the summer most sides are from the garden and allotment, so veggies with a bit of salt to enjoy the natural freshness. To be fair I rotate between salmon, haddock and seabass and usually only have one of the small slices like you get from Waitrose
