You know what? It's actually bloody hard to select a side and our midfield is ridiculous at this level. I take back much of my concern, i'm pretty excited again. We have some solid options and probably just need to add a solid defender and another striker? COYB.

It's just frustration. It's so obvious where we need to strengthen. Maybe we'll sign a couple of decent players but I can see why people are sceptical.

I think we'll end up selling Bart and not bringing another senior keeper in.

The defence is abysmal and desperately needs support. Midfield is fine. Not sure how Norwood will cope as lone striker; wasn't he part of a pair at Tranmere? I guess Jackson could start in the place of Edwards and we switch to a diamond.

I do and I don't really, I mean, this is league 1 now.... if this was a championship id expect the worry to be set in, but MK dons, Bristol rovers etc.... even as an average season I think we'll have enough to overcome most

To be honest Lambert has been even more critical of Ndaba than Donacien of late so I think he'd be the favoured centre back - that or Skuse will drop back with Huws, Nydam or Dozzell coming into midfield.

Played as part of a 4-2-3-1 so no problems there. The key thing will be getting better support to him than we managed last year. Think Lankester being injured will be a big loss in that.

Like the look of that OP. But think Garbutt will be LM, with Kenlock LB. Judge in the 10 and Nolan instead of Huws. I can’t see Huws ever remaining fit even for the next 3 weeks. Glad you’ve selected Ndaba. Gives us balance on that left side with his left foot. Was very impressive on Sunday
