Mine arrived Friday although ordered on Gold Card last Monday.

I suggest you contact the ticket office by email or phone if you do not get yours in the next couple of days.

Purchased mine on Wednesday and are yet to arrive.

They used to be quite prompt when they didn't charge for it. Yes, I was quite surprised they haven't charged for postage for a while.
