Loved that film ever since I studied it for Media Studies A Level, going to watch The Hitcher again later I think. Remember my parents having that on video as a kid, that absolutely scared me sh!tless. Rutger had that hint of menace about him.

Good of you to highlight that Blade Runner scene.
The previous 5 minutes of the movie had me convinved that Deckard was toast as Roy chased him down.
And then the twist - he'd run out of life.
One of the best death scenes in a movie IMO.
Personally, I'd like to die like my Grandad - peacefully, in his sleep.
Not acting mental and screaming like the passengers in his car.
