It is sooooo bloody important we hang on to Lambert. It’s the vision, the long game that we have so hugely lacked during the end of Sheepys reign and all of Evans’ that he is single handedly implementing. Most people recognise he is trying to set the foundations and I genuinely fear Evans will screw it all up with further lack of foresight. Give the man what he needs, he won’t be reckless with it.
