Does Evans really need to do the following.

1) Accept that he is going to lose £6-£8m a year, every year.
2) Sell the kids, (assuming they do well this year), when bids come in at massive profit.
3) Re-invest 80% of that income in transfer fees.

That seems to be what most other Championship clubs are doing. Sell high when they can and then buy 2-3 players on a fee that they may be able to sell again at profit, hoping that at some point they get a combination of frees and paid fee players that can get them in the top 6.
