Going to run out of time thanks to the lost first day.
If the blows were to keep Smith out of the next test it could still have been a significant match but I wouldn't hold my breath. Not a lot looks like stopping him. Well done to Woakes for finally getting him out after Archer softened him up a bit. |  |
