I'd say bring in a strong, reliable striker at this level to replace Jackson - though he's had a decent start to the season to be fair - drop Norwood for Judge if the latter shows an element of getting his form back (not present at the moment) and play with a number ten to supply creativity in the middle of the park.

Says more about the standard division than us. We’ve been average at best yet lie second but we need to improve on our current levels of performance.

We haven't been fantastic, haven't been terrible at all.

Bizarre people come on here and slate the gaffer when things are going rather well though.

Considering our squad we should be performing better than we are. Results wise we’re doing fine by hook or by crook but today we were out possessed and out shot by Doncaster on our own patch.
