Why am I seeing a lot of fans complaining about 'over celebrating' the last minute equaliser on Saturday? Any goal in those circumstances would warrant those scenes! That sort of passion is the reason we go to football isnt it?

I’d argue that Amy Downes isn’t a fan, more a mood hoover.

Just ignore her.

I heard a Posh fan complaining about it on the way out of the ground. "you celebrated like you had won 9-0" he said sourly. I am not sure how they would have celebrated a last gasp equaliser, a ripple of polite applause maybe.

A last-minute equaliser away at a (pretty certain) promotion rival should be celebrated properly — don't understand how there could be an argument otherwise. Of course we should be looking to win every game but we're not going to; not by a long way.

I don't think she believes what she says. I do think she does it as she knows she will get a reaction.

That was mental scenes... in a game where I don’t think we played that well, during a period where the clubs ability to entertain was really on the slide

I get the point about PBoro performance but the team is still bedding in, is ravaged by injury, and is still unbeaten.

Well put.

Coming off the worst season by any club in championship history to have 5 points from 9 against 3 top 6 contenders is something we should all be pleased with.

11 points come tea time Saturday though or I’ll cry myself to sleep all week

Have a good few uppies my friend, sick to death of reading the odd 'mood hoover' on Twitter when the bulk of ITFC have really been nothing short of sensational during Lambert's reign.

Stupid negativity is not what we need right now, keep things positive.

It was the first proper moment to really celebrate this season, a largely undeserved last minute equaliser at a team who will almost certainly be promotion rivals. The more of those moments the better the season will be.

Agree & why does she feel the need to act as some sort of spokesperson?

I don’t think the injuries to Bishop, Nydam and Garbutt can be underestimated - I think given the pre-season Lambert was seeing Nydam as a real asset. He was so good against Col U.

The new right back will be massive.

But Lambert does need to make a system click with what he’s got.

Nolan’s return is a big plus. Downes has been playing that role in part.

Col U was excellent in terms of bossing midfield, players such as Downed, Rowe, El Mizuouni and Nydam driving forward pulling defenders out of position and then releasing the strikers.

Based on player interview it seemed we changed our game to suit Sunderland and PBoro - hence perhaps the longer ball.

I hope to see a more passing and possession dominant display against Wimbledon. Perhaps playing it more out of the back?

I had a quick look at her twitter feed to see what the fuss was all about.

Honestly, it is nothing.

It is beyond me why so many people get worked up about what she says on twitter.

It is very very weird how obsessed some on here are with her. She's no different to any other attention-seeking planks spouting nonsense about ITFC and related matters on the internet, apart from maybe in one key area....

Also worth noting that we've seen us get beat pretty much every week for the past 12 months.

Of course it's going to feel good when we avoid another one in the last minute.

Indeed. How many times did we score in injury time last year? Three I think, an even less deserved equaliser against Blackburn on the opening day, Keane against Stoke and then Quaner to beat Leeds.

I definitely over-celebrated the last of those but so did most of the lower North because a) it was funny and b) it was the end of a dreadful season and c) we only won five matches so why the hell not.

Spot on, every positive result feels like a massive step forward after the season we had. I reserve the right to go apesh!t every time we score and the haters can just hate away.
