If Ipswich Town went out of existence 16:23 - Aug 22 with 10783 viewsGeoffSentence

What would you do for football?

I think I would probably lose interest entirely, I don't pay much attention to the football world beyond FPR anyway, so if that was gone I would probably find other ways to spend my free time.

Assuming a phoenix club would rise one way or another, I suppose I would support them.

I was putting that to one side and assuming no phoenix club, though in reality it probably would happen.

....I go every now and then anyway.

You can get hammered while you watch and I only live 5 mins away from the ground.

(Assuming no phoenix club) I think I’d pretty much just lose interest in English league football altogether. Living in Chile at the moment so If I were still here I’d just devote myself to the side I follow over here, Palestino.

Would never be the same of course.

Same here.

My local team has a nice bar area and serves a decent pint as well rather than Greene King or Carling

I'd still watch footy but wouldn't support anyone else other than England of course and wouldn't actually go to any games unless the opportunity arose for some reason.

Would probably have to be Maidstone as its my local team and I do go now when I can. They'd never really be my team though so I spose I'd have to spend more time in the pub.

A Chilean scout!! You could unearth the next Paz or Taricco.

It would be great to be stood amongst them and actually enjoy relegation for once. I'd have the correct inoculations first, obviously.

There are some good players in the league down here as it happens! Oscar Opazo who plays for Colo Colo is quality, and Ignacio Jeraldino from Audax Italiano has been ripping it up this season, expecting him to move to Europe sooner or later.

Same. Football isn't what it was and doesn't really interest me. Love following the Town though.

Another for non league, go to a few games anyway and it's remiscent of the way football used to be at the top level.

No idea when I began here, was a very long time ago. Previously known as Spirit_of_81. Love cheese, hate the colour of it, this is why it requires some blue in it.
