The fans of those that always finish bottom will dwindle away and with a restricted choice more and more will go for the biggest clubs. It will go from an elite league to ab elite top 6 and the pyramid will shrink further. We already see this to a degree already

Brilliant, that deserves to be stickied. I especially liked the panel with 'the stranger you hugged when we avoided relegation' and 'the bloke behind you who always shouts the same thing no matter what the situation'. I wonder what the bloke in the Britannia who always used to exclaim 'Awwwww, Magilton, tsk' shouts now?
